Last week Wolfdene was awarded EnviroDevelopment (ED) certification from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) for its Brompton development located in Cranbourne South.
It is with great excitement that Wolfdene announces Planning Minister Richard Wynne has approved the Brompton Precinct Structure Plan (Amendment C190 to the Casey Planning Scheme), which will pave the way for a new community in Melbourne’s Cranbourne South.
As the first homes to be fully designed, built and managed in-house by Wolfdene, the Saratoga Townhouses project’s win was all the more poignant.
