MLC Advice Space

Wolfdene may disclosure of your information (including your sensitive information) to MLC and Advice Space so that a representative may offer pro ducts and services that might meet your financial needs;
and to other professionals who may need to be engaged in order to implement certain components of your property purchase. If you have provided sensitive information about someone else, you will obtain the consent of that person to that information being collected by a Wolfdene representative and service provider.

Refund Policy

The payment of a reservation fee does not constitute an exchange of contract, and/or an agreement to sell by the Vendor or Developer.

The Developer and/or Vendor reserves the right to cancel the reservation at their discretion and to be the arbiter of time granted for contract execution. The act of paying a reservation fee is an acknowledgement that the selling agent has a genuine customer with the capacity to execute and meet all terms and conditions of the contract of sale.

Wolfdene reserves the right to penalise and/or retain reservation fees should the selling agent fail to exercise all reasonable attempts to execute contracts and meet acceptable professional standards as set by Wolfdene.

The agent acknowledges that the use of this stock portal is not a means to hold stock exclusively. The agent acknowledges that the inappropriate use of this portal as determine by Wolfdene shall result in the forfeit of all reservation fees. In the case of a cancellation, it is the selling agents responsibility to provide Wolfdene with their client’s bank details to facilitate the return of their money.
