With extensive experience in the development industry, Michael founded the business with an aim to build the Wolfdene name as one synonymous with quality developments, and where people feel a real sense of place. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business — Property & Property Investment (RMIT University, Melbourne).

Joining Wolfdene in 2011, Jon has a wealth of sales, marketing, public relations and operational experience from a diversity of roles at a number of publicly listed multi-national organisations in Australia and the UK. Leading Wolfdene’s corporate brand strategy, project marketing, pricing and market analysis, Jon is a fully Licensed real estate agent and has a Bachelor of Business – Communications from RMIT University.

Tony joined Wolfdene with extensive taxation and accounting experience gained over a 20-year career at Pitcher Partners, PWC and WHK. Tony established Wolfdene’s finance team, providing in-house accounting, taxation and commercial services across the Wolfdene group of companies. Tony has Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University and is a qualified member of CPA Australia.

Oliver has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential property. Oliver worked in valuations and asset management before moving into development management and acquisition roles at ASX listed companies and private equity property groups. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Valuations from RMIT University.

Charlie has 15 years’ experience in the land development industry, successfully delivering large scale masterplan communities and retail projects in both Western Australia and Victoria. Charlie commenced his career as a graduate development officer at an ASX listed property company and quickly moved into senior management positions before joining Wolfdene in 2018. Charlie has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University.

With extensive experience in the delivery of residential, commercial and built form projects, Nick is a qualified civil engineer and now specialised in development, including financial and debt modelling, negotiating premium outcomes, and managing client relationships and requirements. 16+ years of experience has seen Nick work on acquisitions, divestments and the delivery of projects ranging 16 apartments and 55 townhouses to 1,500+ lot subdivisions with diverse and complex servicing and funding requirements. Nick has a Bachelor of Engineering (with Honours) in the field of Civil Engineering.

Mitch has 15 years’ of development management experience across Western Australia and Victoria in residential and industrial property. Previously Mitch worked at ASX listed Stockland for 8 years and holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Property & Finance from Curtin University. Mitch is currently based in Perth and manages Wolfdene’s Western Australian portfolio of projects.

Melissa has over 13 years’ experience in the property industry, working as a Certified Practising Valuer specialising in commercial property valuations before moving into development management at an ASX listed property company. Melissa has experience working on a number of masterplanned communities and joint venture projects across WA. Melissa has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property & Finance and a Graduate Certificate of Property Valuation from Curtin University.

Sheridan brings over 10 years of experience in the property industry, beginning in residential real estate before transitioning into property development. Before commencing at Wolfdene, she spent eight years at ASX-listed property development companies, delivering large-scale residential master-planned communities, including syndicate and joint venture projects, across the Western Australian market. Sheridan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Property Development and Valuation from Curtin University.

Hamish is a qualified Town Planner with 20 years’ experience in Local Government and the building industry. He has worked as Planning and Approvals Manager for two of Western Australia’s largest project home builders, before joining Wolfdene as a Development Manager. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Arts - Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) from Curtin University.
