Saratoga Point Cook is characterised by wide boulevards, a central waterway, landscaped parks and boasts a multi-million dollar recreational facility and childcare centre. Launched in 2011, Saratoga was one of Wolfdene’s first major developments and in addition to 750 land lots, provided the ideal testing ground for our expansion into the design and delivery of more than 100 townhouses and apartments.
