Wolfdene Launches Affordable SLHC Townhomes at Balmain Donnybrook

Wolfdene is set to introduce the first phase of its SLHC (Small Lot Housing Code) townhomes at Balmain Donnybrook, offering a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom options starting from $450,000.

These townhomes, developed in collaboration with renowned architectural firm DKO and constructed by long term build partner, Arcadia Built, represent a significant stride in affordable housing.

Michael Goldthorp, Managing Director of Wolfdene, emphasised the strategic importance of the roll out.

“These homes have been created to give buyers an entry point into the market while battling tougher lending conditions for first homebuyers and a softer resale market for existing homeowners.

“Consistent with all of our built form delivery over the past decade, these homes feature interesting architectural elements and a fantastic list of inclusions and specifications as standard,” Goldthorp said.

The Balmain Donnybrook development, an expansive masterplanned community comprising 1,100 dwellings, is poised to accommodate over 2,500 future residents just minutes from the Donnybrook train station.
