Across five Wolfdene communities in Western Australia, construction, settlements and new releases are all progressing in step.
At ‘Austin Lakes’ in South Yunderup, 149 lots have titled this year alone, with a further 220 underway across four stages and more than 700 homes now built toward a 3,000-home masterplan.
Nearby at ‘Waterways Private Estate’, Stage 1 is now more than 60 per cent sold, with titles expected before year’s end.
Meanwhile at ‘Wellard Green’ in Kwinana, bulk earthworks are nearing completion, bridge culvert works are underway over the Peel Main Drain, and a sold-out Stage 1 is tracking toward titles in early November.
In the Northern growth corridor, ‘Maribelle’ in Mariginiup has sold out its first release entirely, with Stage 2 already half sold as civil works get underway on this boutique 146-lot estate.
Further north, Yanchep Junction has now recorded 293 settlements, sold out its sixth stage, and is set to begin construction on Stage 9 on 10 August.
