Wolfdene is celebrating a major milestone at its Balmain development in Donnybrook this week with the titling of its first two stages and the project’s first settlements being transacted.
Acquired in 2017, the 71-hectare site will deliver 1,100 lots to Melbourne’s rapidly expanding northern growth corridor and has a total project value of $360 million.
Balmain’s urban design is defined by expanses of landscaped wetlands at the Donnybrook Road boundary, additional wetlands to the south, and 50 hectares of conservation habitat along the estate’s southern edge.
Located just minutes from Donnybrook Station, Balmain will also deliver a school, a town centre, and a number of parks and sporting facilities to its 3,000 residents.
