The civil team had a great first week out on the new site in sunny Tyabb. There was great productivity with the team clearing the site and loading out soil.
By knockoff on Friday, Stage 1A had been cut to height, set out and screw piles have commenced and Stage 1B had started their set out.
There is roughly 250 – 300 screw piles to drive into each stage over the coming weeks. Below is the expected progress for the following week:
Stage 1A:
- Screw piles complete
Stage 1B:
- Set out complete
- Load out remainder of soil
- Complete screw piles
Stage 1C:
- Cut site to height
- Load out soil
- Set out complete
- Screw piles commenced
Spindrift townhouses are still on sale. There are townhouses available in Stage 1C, with a few scattered across 1A and 1B available. We expect to see new Spindrift residents moving into their brand new townhomes by mid 2023.
