Phoenix

A precinct of medium and high density dwelilngs adjacent to our established ‘Alarah’ project, Phoenix was designed in collaboration with DKO Architects. The project re-defines the use of built form to positively contribute to streetscapes and urban form in Melbourne’s greenfields. Framing a major park and dissected by hectares of landscaped waterways, the project was a major success and provided the perfected testing ground for Wolfdene’s 3 storey townhouse product.
