An infill site nestled within the established suburb of Cranbourne East, East delivered 400 dwellings for 1,000 residents and featured a number of medium density superlots framing an expansive park and recreation zone. With an end-to-end construction schedule of less than 4 years, East was a highly successful project for Wolfdene and our investment partners.
