Wolfdene’s Brompton Cafe shortlisted for the 2016 Eat Drink Design Awards

Wolfdene’s Brompton Cafe was shortlisted for Architecture AU’s Eat Drink Design Award under ‘Best Cafe Design’. These awards celebrate innovation and excellence in the design of hospitality premises of all scales and types.

Wolfdene collaborated closely with Craig Tan Architects and Larritt-Evans to develop a unique cafe space within the Brompton Sales and Community Pavilion. This area seeks to provide the general public, residents and potential buyers with a glimpse of the future Brompton community. The Brompton Cafe, aptly named ‘The Den’, is due to open to the public in early 2017 and is currently being used for all Brompton Community Activities and events.

The Eat Drink Design Awards program recognises and celebrates Australia and New Zealand’s best projects, rewarding design achievement in six categories. From high-end restaurants and bars to offbeat hole-in-the-wall cafes and pop-ups, the awards are a unique forum for architects, designers and their clients to present their best new projects.
