With our final land release for 2021 earlier in the year, we’re happy to share our latest construction update at Brompton.
The wetlands and parks are certainly taking shape and most definitely adding to the buzz around the community.
Stage 12 civil works are well progressed, concrete works are expected to be completed this week with practical completion forecast for mid-April.
The Stage 9A, 13 and 16 wetland works are well advanced and forecast for completion in early-mid May 2021.
Concrete and pavement works in the Stage 9A park are close to completion, with furniture and play equipment installation forecast to commence in April 2021. The Stage 9A park is forecast for completion in May 2021.
We will share final images of the stage 9A park once it’s completed.
