Thanks to your feedback via our Brompton Community Activities Survey, we are pleased to announce that Wolfdene will be hosting an 8-week program of fun, family-friendly and healthy activities from the Brompton Community Pavilion! All activities are free, with Brompton community members given priority access to places. We look forward to seeing you, your family and friends there!
Group Fitness Training
Monday nights @ 6pm from 2 May
The Wolfdene Community group exercise class has been created to suit all fitness levels. Its aim is to increase core strength and aerobic fitness within a happy and safe environment.
Yoga
Thursday nights @ 6pm from 5 May
The Wolfdene Community Yoga class can help increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses to increase mobility, core strength and flexibility. Whether you’re a regular yogi or are just starting out with the basics, our yoga classes are a great way to unwind and develop your mind and body.
Around the World Cooking Class
Saturday 14 May @ 1pm
Does the thought of Chilli and Garlic Prawn Spaghetti take your fancy? Or maybe Green Pea, Spinach Soup with Crispy Bacon and Truffle Oil? Come along and be taken through a step-by-step class on preparing three delicious dishes from an expert, within the stunning surrounds of the Community Pavilion.
DIY Day
Sunday 5 June @ 1pm
It’s time to put on your creative hat and join the Wolfdene Community for an informative class on building your very own herb box. Not only will we have a professional builder there to help, we will also have a horticulturist on hand to take you through getting the best results.
