Construction of the first release of townhouses at Saratoga Point Cook is now complete and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
With a diverse mix of two and three bedrooms, the townhouses were designed to draw from the adjoining park and take full advantage of their northern orientation.
Residents are no doubt already taking full advantage of north facing living and outdoor spaces, private off street parking with lock up garages, and well appointed bathrooms and kitchens.
