Brompton’s Winter Solstice on Saturday 23rd was an evening filled with great food, entertainment and of course; an extraordinary bonfire.
The backdrop of rolling green hills complimented the buzzing atmosphere amongst purchasers, with many meeting and mingling with their soon to be neighbours.
As the night progressed, lanterns were decorated, with children taking part in the parade. This was a fantastic sight, with Brompton being lit up for all to see. The enjoyment only contunued; interractions with the local CFA and a fire twirling performance from ‘the fire critters’, kept the children smiling all night long.
Throughout the night, a clear sense of community was undoubtable. For this reason especially, we look forward to 2019’s Winter Solstice at Brompton.
